Kondhane caves , near Karjat

Hi friends.

We are pleased to anounce our second monsoon trek to Kondane Caves . Kondhane situated in between Karjat & lonavala valley offers the ancient lifestyle of Buddhist followers. Ancient rock-cut caves, Kondana Caves are very famous caves. These caves enclose sculptures, vihara, cahitya and stupa. Sculptures and stupas are specimens of the ancient period Buddhist architecture.Also the area around the caves covered with natural beauty.

Charges/Payment details - Rs. 200 /-

This includes Karjat to Karjat transportation by ST bus & rick fares, Morning Breakfast, 


brunch & Tea Twice

Things to carry
• A Water Bottle (~2 Ltrs) (a must)
• Camera, Cell Phone, Binoculars (Optional)
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments
• Some ready to eat food.
• Plum cakes, biscuits etc.
• Extra Pair of clothes,
• Good trekking shoes, do carry a extra pair as well
• Personal basic medical kit
• A haversack to put all these things
